• All pieces are ready to ship and will be processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of your order being placed.

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

• Please note that Hyoid Studio is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. For any shipping-related issues, we kindly ask that you contact your carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

• International customers are responsible for any duties, tariffs, and taxes imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the order total and are beyond our control.

• All sales are final. Due to the singular nature of our work, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please check your order carefully before placing it.

Porcelain is the strongest of all clay bodies, yet it is not metal. If dropped on a hard surface, it can shatter — please wear and handle your piece with care and intention.

Your piece will last for a long time with mindful wear. We recommend avoiding:

• Rigorous or high-impact activity while wearing the ring

• Dropping or striking the ring against hard surfaces

• Slamming or knocking your hand against hard surfaces while wearing it

Our rings are waterproof. However, the surface is finished with a crackle glaze — the fine lines characteristic of this finish may absorb strong pigments such as ink, paint, or intense dyes if contacted directly. We recommend removing your ring before handling such materials.

Treat your piece as you would any treasured porcelain object: with gentleness, care, and it will endure.
